Bah, this feels really anticlimactic. I'm pretty salty we can't continue our annual closing day blowout Nitro marathon. I was really gunning for them to plow through til Monday, not even just because I planned on going, I guess just to see if they would do it. But I get it.

Oh well, bring on the spring. Opening day is March 24th. See yall @ Kings Dominion?

When you did the Nitro marathon last closing day, how many rides did you end up getting in?

And yeah . . . . I'll take Spring 40-50 weather over brutal Winter weather for coastering!

No clue. We parked our asses in the back row for the last 90-120 minutes of the night and rode til they kicked us off.

Womp. Can't say I didn't see this coming. Should've visited one last time while I had the chance. Oh well.

Come on, do it for science.

 Alright, so it was the last coaster open at 19 degrees so we caved and um... that... didn't suck monkey nuts. It's a Holiday in the Park miracle!

I didn't think headbanging was at all an issue on my Green Lantern ride, except it's so weak that headbanging or other pain would have been at least as interesting. If they changed it to floorless I might fall asleep on it.

Calling it - park will not open today. We already have a nice layer of snow in Philly, its absolutely freezing. I just don't see why on earth they would bother. Season is done, see you kids in the spring!

Can I park my donkey here?

It's a disappointing way to end the season, but not surprising at all. I'm bummed for Six Flags, this is all something out of their hands. I just hope it doesn't drastically affect their bottom line or cause them to rethink future HitPs.
