Why is THIS park the one that's closing?!?!?

If you want to buy the park, this is where you should go!

Again, we had a pretty nice day at the Pavilion for someplace we actually hadn't heard that many good things about.  While it wasn't the best
park in the world, it certainly wasn't anywhere NEAR as bad as this next park.....
