Hollywood Horror Nights is considered the premier Halloween event in the World. Admission is by separate ticket only. Express Passes are recommended on busy nights as queues for mazes and houses can be as long as 2 hours. Major rides: Men in Black, Revenge of the Mummy and Escape from Gringotts remain open during HHN.
In the spring, the park hosts the largest Mardi Gras celebration outside of New Orleans. |

Men in Black, Revenge of the Mummy, and Rip, Ride and Rockit offer single rider lines but be respectful of the park and other guests by not entering the single rider line expecting to sit with others in you group. Be warned sometimes Rip, Ride and Rockit's single rider line is long than the regular line |

The hokey Beetlejuice's Graveyard Review is the major show. Jake and Elwood put on a Blues Brothers street performance a couple of times per day.
The Horror Make-up show is a great indoor diversion on a hot summer day.
Kids will be entertained by a sing and clap along show with Barney while the Animal Actor show is palatable to all ages.
On occasion TV shows will audience needs will be filmed on the sound stages.
During Hollywood Horror Nights, additional shows in the form of Rocky Horror Picture Show and Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure are staged. |

| See the stars and ride the movies in the East Coast version of the Hollywood original. While it is not as common to see live filming going on in this park compared to its California cousin, they do a very good job of keeping the atmosphere and excitement of movie and TV production alive with attractions that really let you "ride the movies." One unique launched, indoor coaster (Revenge of the Mummy) and a new state-of-the-art coaster, along with a host of other highly themed rides and shows, make for a full day in the park that is generally family friendly. Special events are always a highlight, with Halloween Horror Nights and Mardi Gras bringing in large crowds. This park can feel busy during the summer and Halloween Horror Nights, but purchasing an express pass can help you see all of the attractions if you have limited time. | |
