A surprise of the trip was finding a Christmas fair in Miami!  Turns out, every year during the two weeks around Christmas and
New Years a gigantic themed fair is held at a park not too far from the Miami International Airport.  It was nicely decorated
for the season, and they even had three coaster credits there!  We just had to go! 

Here's the entrance to the fair, and you can see it's all nicely lit up.

Since we didn't get to see the Osborne lights on this trip, this will have to do.

Ahh, a Crazy Mouse....

This is EXACTLY what Elissa wanted to ride!!!  =)

They also had some pretty crazy flat rides...

...including a Fabbri "After Burner"

This was easily the most INSANE "Frisbee" style ride I've ever been on.  I loved it!!!

The Avalance was just another "Galaxi" type ride, but hey...it's a credit, right?

Why, oh WHY don't they have Elephant Ears at California fairs????

Again, here are more lights...yay...pretty...

Mmmm...yummy...gotta get me some of that "Fried Pork Skin..."

Doesn't all that fried pork skin look SOOOO appetizing? 

Ahh...the Christmas elves.  This one helps Santa make stuffed animals...

...this was wraps all the presents for the little boys and girls...

...and this one got be-headed for a raunchy night of  booze and hard core sex with "Mrs. Claus!!!"

BTW, Elissa...did I mention that it turns out that you didn't need this credit?  It's the same one from the Del Mar Fair!!!!  =)

Ahh, what a great end to our day in Miami...a nice dinner at Carrabba's!
