Theme Park Review's MASSIVE Europe Trip Photo Update!
Day 17: Walibi Lorraine

Walibi Lorraine is another small park in the chain, although compared to Walibi Rhone-Alpes, this place is huge!

It actually is a pretty decent sized park, just look at the map!

Joey was happy to meet up with some old friends (although Mrs. Walibi doesn't look happy) but where is Wok?

Damn, the only time we saw Wok, the highly offensive, non-politically correct dragon was on the park map.  =(

We noticed that it was "American Day" at the park.  We weren't sure what that meant, and even being American
visiting on "American Day" we felt a bit out of place!

Ahh, Tang 'Or, a new style Huss flat ride was one of the reasons we came to the park today!

Finally, we made it here...

...Oh....but the ride is closed.  That sucks.  Hopefully it will be open later.  I wonder what we could go do now?

Oh, I know!  A Vekoma coaster!  What a shock that there would be one of these in a European park!  =)

This one looks like it's themed out of Galaxian or something!

Matthieu gives us a visual demonstration of what the ride is going to be like.

It looks like pretty standard Vekoma stuff...

...but by the look on Elissa's face (and the veins popping out of her neck) this one is not smooth!

Hey, wait a second, are you guys SMILING?!?!?

"Meh, whatever....it's a credit and we'll be at Disney in a few hours!"

So, being "American Day" means they staple some random flats to the wall.

And they bring out the "American Classic Cars."  Oh, yeah...check out that mid-80s Buick Skylark!  A true classic!!!  =)
