Theme Park Review's MASSIVE Europe Trip Photo Update!
Day 15: Gardaland

So the big storm hit.  It was pretty gnarly, but at least it didn't last too long.  Although the park didn't seem to notice or care that
the rain stopped.  At that point it was play the "find the open ride" game!

Yay!  The dark ride was open!

Dave finally finds his "large duck" or "grande canard" after all this time in Europe!

The storm was pretty crazy and it blew signs over, knocked down trees, and leaves were everywhere!
As you can see, the storm is over, and we still can't find any open rides!

Ahh, I see, when there are no rides open, you're forced into doing things like help clean up the park to keep
from dying of extreme boredom!

"This park takes lessons from the Knott's school of management!"

Where is the rain???

We went and asked to get our tickets upgraded to the two day pass the park offered since we had only been in the park for about 3 hours
and everything shut down.  After they told us that we could not upgrade and nothing could be done even though we were staying two nights
in their on-property hotel, we decided to bag the place the next day and head over to Movie Studios Park instead.

All we really missed was an SLC, a kiddie coaster, and a couple of flat rides.  No loss, really.

The sign says Good bye and we're happy to part ways!
