Attractions
The park's major attractions are Wild Eagle, Thunderhead, Mystery Mine, Tennessee Tornado, the Barnstormer, Splash Battle, and Daredevil Falls. Firechaser Express, a unique multi-launching family coaster is a nice addition.. The park also has many hidden gems in attractions like Blazing Fury, the Slidewinder and the Dollywood Express, which features a trip through the foothills of the Smoky Mountains on an authentic steam engine. For the kids, there is plenty to do in the Country Fair section, with attractions ranging from a carousel to a kiddie coaster themed to VeggieTales. A zipline attraction is also available as an upcharge.
Food
The park is world famous for its food. From barbeque to good old-fashioned country home cooking to hamburgers, the park has just about everything to satisfy the whole family.

If you are looking for sit-down restaurants there are Granny Ogle's Ham N' Beans, Aunt Granny's All-You-Can-Eat Buffet, and Mrs. Lillian's Chicken House. If you like to eat on the run, there are Apple Jack's Sandwich Shop, Hickory House BBQ, and Market Square, where cheese steaks are cooked on an open skillet right in front of your very eyes!

For that sweet tooth, you CANNOT miss the cinnamon bread at the Grist Mill! Funnel cakes and kettle corn are also available throughout the park.
