Check out of Hotel Hankyu Expo Park, but leave luggage at check-in.
At 7:30, Walk to Banpaku-kinen-koen station. Take Osaka 8:00 monorail arriving
at Dainichi station at 8:17. Transfer to Osaka city subway, the
Tanimachi line leaves at 8:23 to Tennoji station arriving at 8:56. Transfer to
Kansai JR Line (Yamatoji Line) leaving at 9:01am and arrives Nara station at
9:37.
Take bus #108, 109, 111, 115,
or 130 from JR Nara Station (Parking area #3 on map below) to Nara Dreamland-mae.
A 10 minute ride.

Take bus from Nara Dreamland to Nara Station. Take Kansai JR Line (Yamatoji
Line) leaving at 16:00 arrives Tennoji at 16:32. Transfer to the Osaka
City Subway, Tanimachi line leaving at 16:42 and arrives at Dainichi station
at 17:16. Take the Osaka monorail leaving at 17:27 arrives at Banpaku-kinen-koen
station at 17:43. Walk 5 minutes to the hotel to pick up
luggage.
Walk back to Banpaku-kinen-koen
station. Take the Osaka monorail to Senri-Chuo station, then switch to
the Subway Mido-Suji line to Shin-Osaka Station. Should take about 25 minutes
from Banpaku to Shin-Osaka station. Transfer to Hikari Bullet train #326
leaving at 19:43 arriving at Tokyo Station at 22:43. Transfer to JR Chuo line
to Shinjuku station (leaves every 10 minutes). Walk to the Shinjuku
Washington Hotel.
The last bullet train to Tokyo
is 20:20.
