Dinner was over at Epcot, and we dined in one of our all-time favourite Walt Disney World restaurants! Via Napoli!

Via Napoli serves up the best pizza (and more authentic) you'll get anywhere in Orlando, and the pasta dishes are amazing, too!

We took a quick spin on the newly updated Test Track - we LOVE the changes the have made to this attraction! This is the way you "plus" an existing ride!

Was thrilled to see the improvements made even since the re-opening of the attraction just four months ago! The FastPass queue has been re-routed so that they go through the full "design center."

We can now use our RFID enabled tickets to save your vehicle design if we want to use again later!

And a brand new vehicle category "Mini Cars" has been added to the type of cars you can design and test out on the Sim Track!

Night time at the park, and I think we are in for a MONSTROUS remainder of our evening!

After the show, we were brought over to the front of Epcot for a special announcement...

Disney is throwing a MONSTROUS party on May 24th! Magic Kingdom, Disneyland, and Disney California Adventure will be open for 24 hours! That's how you KICK OFF an awesome summer!!!!
