Paramount's Canada's Wonderland recently sent us some images of their new coaster in action and some of the concept and construction
photos that went into making this ride!  Special thanks to PCW's PR Dept for the following images:

Here is a close-up of the flying coaster in action.

Tomb Raider is a "Zamperla Volare" style coaster, which uses this unique spiral lift hill system.

As you can see, riders are in a laying down 'flying' position.

Hard at work during construction, even in the snow!

The ride is located near "Top Gun", a Vekoma SLC.

More of the ride is put into place.

Now THAT is a tight turn!

In this shot you can see some of the rides "rolling inversions!"

Some of the concept sketches that went into the theming of the ride.

The queue is themed to an ancient temple and ruins of a failed expedition.

Here's another concept drawing of some of the queue area.

And one last photo to whet your appetite!
