The morning festivities started out with a very entertaining shootout between some of the Ghost Town bandits and the legendary Ghost Rider himself! Luckily for the Ghost Rider, there were some abandoned ore cars located at the nearby mining company for the Ghost Rider to escape. Legend has it that he was never found and hence the company's moniker is now "GhostRider Mining Company" |
Just before the
shootout, there were a number of speeches given by
Cedar Fair's chairman, and
Denise Dinn Larrick (above), President of Custom Coasters, Inc.,
the
designers and builders of the ride.
