Kennywood is one of the
finest traditional amusement parks in the US.
One of our most fun coasters in the park is the Racer!
The Racer's trains come very close to each other around the turns
so it is possible to 'tag' a rider in the train next to you!
'Tagging' on the Racer has been a tradition on the Racer for many
years!
Fred (left) and Paul (right) were Skycoaster virgins until the
trip to Kennywood!
Although Fred seemed to be the most nervous, here you can see him
just 'hanging out!'
The Jack Rabbit was deliver it's usual insane airtime on the
double dip. This little girl had her hands up the whole way
around!

On Noah's Ark, Kennywoods excellent walk thru ride, you might get
a little damp!
The one of a kind Traver Auto Ride is a must do at Kennywood. One
of the original 'autopia' style rides is still one of the best!
We got
in a lot of riding today including a few rides on the Thunderbolt,
famous
for it's extreme lateral G's. No single riders, you MUST have a
partner!

Steel Phantom's record breaking 225 foot
drop dives right through the structure of the
Thunderbolt.

Steel Phantom's first drop is near vertical!
Kennywood has a great
collection of rare amusment rides such as this 'tumble bug.'
The
Kangaroo is also unique to Kennywood. This ride jumps off of a small ramp to
create
an airtime filled fun experience.
Pitfall
is the park's vertical drop ride clocking in at over 250 feet!
Ray,
Melissa, and Craig got just a 'little' bit wet on the log
flume!
