Great photos there! Seems like a fantastic trip, and looks like you enjoyed it!

Its also great to see Nemesis being rated highly by the US members, as they do feel its overated over here.

June 15, 2006 - BlackPool Pleasure Beach

The morning started out with 2 hours of ERT. During the first hour we had ERT on Steeplechase and Rollercoaster. Then during the second hour we had ERT on Pepsi Max, Avalanche and Bling. We got to go on a Grand National walk back and we had ERT on Grand National later on in the afternoon. I liked Valhalla a lot and the water isn't that bad if you wear a poncho. I also went to the Hot Ice show that night since it was free for us, it was my first ice skating show.

Don't forget we also had Bling and Avalanche during those first two hours too!

Also the second batch of ERT was just an addition. So steeplechase was open for the full 2 hours, etc.

That day at Blackpool was as good a day as I've had at any park ever. :b

Great pics of BPB. Got to love that place for the amount of rides in a small area. Also, glad you gave a mention to Valhalla. People tend to give that ride the thumbs down, but I love it. Lots more fun than a plain water ride.

PS to martinb.. Please excuse my lack of coaster knowledge with the wild mouse/dragon fury thing. I am yet to learn all the coaster jargon, etc, but I am sure with the help of this website I will be a fully fledged coaster freak within months, if not weeks! :airtimer:

June 16, 2006 - Lightwater Valley

We visited Lightwater Valley in the morning. The Ultimate is very long and its painful. After I rode the Ultimate I rode the Rat Ride coaster and it was very boring. During the ride the lights came on for a couple of seconds, I don't if this is normal or not! :?r Then I went and got my other credits.

June 16, 2006 - Flamingoland

We went to this park in the afternoon and it wasn't very crowed. Since we had ERT on Kumali and Velocity I got all my other credits first. After riding all the coasters we didn't have ERT on, I rode Kumali and Velocity just in case one of them breaks down before ERT. I will never forget the kids in the adventure course, they thought all of us adults were crazy.
