Apollo's Chariot was Busch Garden's new for '99 hyper coaster.

Jim, Jeff, Fred of Utah, and Glenn take the back row of Apollo's Chariot.
Fred really liked the ride!

Boat excursions are available at Busch Gardens.

Alpengeist is the park's inverted coaster which takes riders upside down 6 times.
This coaster seemed far more intense than when we rode it in '97.

Alpengeist is themed as a runaway ski lift. Throughout the ride,
you duck under and through buildings of the skiing resort.

Jim does some petting at BGW's petting zoo.

The Loch Ness Monster is one of the original coasters at Busch Gardens and only one of two
coasters in the US with interlocking loops.

The Big Bad Wolf was the world's first successful, and one of the best suspended coasters.

Jim shows off his....um...Skeeball prizes!

All I got was this little pig.

Escape from Pompeii is a well themed splashdown boat with some of the best fire and explosion effects.

Here you can see the crew managed to escape!
