TPR Notes |

If you were to wake up in the middle of Universal Studios Japan, you might think that you were back in the US. This is a more compact version of Universal’s Florida park, which also borrows heavily from Universal in Hollywood and Islands of Adventure—right down to the City Walk shopping-and-dining area. But despite the sense of déjà vu, Universal Japan is a lot of fun, with plenty to offer all age groups, including the unique Hollywood Dream roller coaster (one of the best in Japan) and a nice, indoor air-conditioned area for kids (Snoopy Studios). Even if you’ve been to Universal’s other parks, this is definitely worth a visit; after all, you haven’t lived until you’ve experienced Jaws in Japanese. | |

Its very clean, and all the lines moves so smoothly. There is no worry of being line jumped, or bumped into from the back. Most people like their personal space. I have never been to another Universal park, but going to this one makes really want to see the others. I loved everything.

Universal Studios Japan is sort of like a "best of" park, filled with great attractions found in Hollywood, USF, and IOA. Aside from Japanese versions of the American attractions, this park has some great rides that are unique to Japan. Hollywood Dream is a fun B&M coaster that fits into the park beautifully. In addition, Space Fantasy is really a surprise gem. It was very easy to spend a full day at this park, I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area!
