Tobu Zoo is known as the homw of Kawasemi, a magnificent Intamin Mega-Lite. Of course, no one would have a problem riding Kawasemi all day, but if you think that is the only reason to come to visit the park you would be incorrect. Regina is easily the best woodie still running in Japan. Plus there over a dozen additional flat rides that are either old school or unique. You'll find a great 4D Theater, haunted walk-through, an adventure maze challenge (Galaxy Walkers), a simulator, go karts and a haunted swing.
On top of all that you have a zoo and a large children's playground. The park is very spread out and some areas are lacking in shade.
Tobu Zoo is a really fun place with a few great rides. Kawasemi is what draws most enthusiasts to the park, and it certainly does not disappoint! Aside from that the park has an Intamin drop tower as well as an Intamin wooden coaster (closed on my visit). The park itself is massive, the zoo area takes up a lot more space than the theme park. There are plenty of random other rides and attractions that are a lot of fun to try out as well. Not a hard park to get to from Tokyo, it's definitely worth a visit!
