It's been awhile since I had the pleasure of visiting Sesame Place (they had not yet added any flats), but I have many memories of it. Vapor Trail is a coaster worthy of Super Grover, a great starter coaster for kids (and for a credit stop they were kind enough to put it at the park entrance!). The other big attractions were the Lazy River, which is nice and long with many water features and the nets, which could be a lot of fun. Most of the other attractions were play structures for kids and water slides, some of which were pretty different but others were rather plain and unremarkable. Of course, the biggest attraction for little ones will be the characters and there are plenty of shows for kids. Fun for the smaller set.
The place will keep the kids excited, although in totality there is not an abundance of rides. But younger kids are enthralled with the characters and the shows. Definitely not a place that a person doing a credit stop would find anything besides Vapor Trail to take in.
I have attended Sesame Place with my brother and sister when they were very little. They have a small steel Vekoma and a decent selection of water rides. There are some water slides and a raft ride. There are also many of the Sesame Street Characters roaming the park. It was kind of funny how there would be two Elmo's in the same area. Overall a nice place that is great for kids.
