Yes, this is THE Jersey Shore Pier. The house is very close to the pier.
I actually enjoyed this pier. The kiddie coaster is in a neat location in the corner, and gives you a great view of the beach. Pirate's Hideaway is a super weird almost wild mouse type ride, and was pretty unique.
My favorite ride at this pier is their SkyCoaster. It truly is one of the better ones. While it isn't tall, it takes you right over the ocean. If you enjoy SkyCoasters even a little bit, it's worth paying for a ride on one here!
After seeing several ghetto piers on my Jersey shore whore tour, I was impressed with this pier. Although it was a slow day, operations were fast. The rides are run of the mill for the most part, but be sure to check out the creepy dark ride, it's one of my top 10.
Park can get very expensive as the only POP that was offered was around $60 and included the water park, about 20 more than I would pay for a POP, but you can also purchase individual ride tickets. Each ride might set you back 4-6.
This little pier actually has a really good selection on rides although it is extremely expensive. Its 8 dollars to ride the zamperla disco and 8 dollars to ride the dark ride and it adds up really quick. I believe that they have all day passes that are only valid on like a wednesday and they are expensive. It was a fun day, but very expensive. The food was good though. All of the junk food in the world.
