My guess is that they're trying to get all the track up so they can fully concentrate on the theming and scenery around the track. Which is more than likely going to be the part that takes the most time to finish.

I don't think it's going up abnormally fast for a coaster being built in Florida/a non-seasonal park. ShieKra went up pretty fast too. I think a lot of the fast construction has to do with the weather down here. We don't have to worry about half the elements the north does. Or maybe it's just Busch and how they build rides. I mean, they are working on Manta 24 hours a day. I'm not too surprised.

The deadline for the trackwork is Christmas. They don't want to have any paths blocked off for when the crowds pour in.

I was there yesterday for the first time, what a great park. They were working on installing track on the third inversion, here are the pictures.

Thanks for the pics montezooma!

I'm a fan of coasters which are quite 'knotted together' (compact isn't what I mean per se, but when it's all inter-twined) - and this certainly looks like it will be!

From the looks of it, this may be the most intense flyer built to date.

^Nevermind Tatsu...X-Flight or any Vekoma Flyer tend to be more intense than any B&M...IMO of course.
