Well will you look at that! It's coaster-crazy actually making an update to his own topic, and with HIS own pictures! AMAZING!

... anywho, yes, I'm actually making an update, and it's sure been a long time. There has been a ton of progress on the ride since the last update I've made as well as the last update off of the Boardwalk's Facebook page. The whole building has been stuckoed and the windows are all in the building. Shingles and wooden panels are also starting to appear on the building. But, the most exciting thing I noticed today was track! Various pieces of sloped and curved track appeared on the back side of the Haunted Castle. I was so excited to see it there. It's only a matter of time before this ride opens up.

Enjoy the update, cause who knows how long it will be till I post another one! :lmao:

Frontal side of the NEW Haunted Castle. Notice the newly put up shingles and stuckoed building.
hc2.jpg
Closer shot of the new shingles. Also notice the windows they put in a couple weeks ago. Looking good!
hc3.jpg
Wide shot of the Haunted Castle. The building to the left of the ride is newly painted. Those cheese looking things were completely blue last year - now they're orange!
hc4.jpg
Closer view of the right side of the Haunted Castle. Stucko fans unite!
hc5.jpg
More Haunted Castleness.. it's really coming along!
hc6.jpg
Okay, now I'm just getting all angular on you. :P
hc7.jpg
The left opening is where the queue will begin for the Haunted Castle. Mwhahahahah! (had to do it.)
hc8.jpg
Street-side view of the Haunted Castle - not too spooky on this side ... AND I see you dark ride track!!!
hc9.jpg
TRRRAAACCCKKKK!!!! YESSSS! ... it's about time too!
hc10.jpg
Sexy curvy dark ride track. OH YEAH!
==========
AND, this concludes this update! I won't promise an update next week since I probably won't do one, so look out for another update soon! The Haunted Castle has a tentative opening date of Memorial Day Weekend 2010!!!!

I know quite a lot about Donkeys!

A plug and play dark ride...Hmm....My name's Jeff Johnson.....similar to a roller coaster....Hmm.......Intamin already beat you to it!

EDIT: Nevermind ;)

They build fast! It seemed like it was just the other day when I first saw the concrete pad in that first few posts.

Some people are like slinkies. They aren't really good for much but still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

^From the view of Jeff Johnson, anything with track and wheels is a roller coaster. Someone will get it. But never mind, it was just slightly impulsive.

Disregard both comments.
