So I heard from a little birdie that there may be another Deep South update in the near future...
Unfortunately, the update is being held captive by an evil troll (related to that evil goblin that stole those magical hoodies in that epic movie) and he won't release it unless you reply... Another sign of his evil: he drinks Pepsi. He may release the update more quickly if you torture him with pictures of you drinking a refreshing Coke...
Just figured I'd give you guys an update on the current state of our show.
Change the scheme, Alter the mood! Electrify the boys and girls if you would be so kind!
Ladies and gentlemen, THE BRYAN AND ADAM SHOW GO DEEP.
First up, our arrival, World of Coke, and Dixieland.
We begin our journey on a MARTA train in Atlanta, which stands for Marta Arta Rta Ta A. Also, yes, Adam is asleep in this picture, and Dave and Eli are disgusted.
You should know they went to World of Coke the day before I went. You could imagine how disappointed I was. However, I did enjoy a delicious and refreshing Coke Zero® with no calories and all of the taste of Coca-Cola Classic® on my flight.
Here's Adam with his new friends, Delicious and Refreshing.
Well, former friends.
And then I came in! "Hey Adam, let's take a picture together and not look weird!" "OK, Bryan!"
Nope, not quite.
"I wonder if anyone will help us look normal"
"Maybe these guys will help us!"
"The trick is to spend a night or 2 in jail." "Or a few years."
Adam and I both thought it would be for the best for us not to appear together in a photo for the rest of this TR. Hey wait a second, what's with those shoes?
Look at these pranksters! They switched shoes! What a prank!
What are these pranksters up to now? Look at them scheming up their prank up there.
They both seem satisfied. This is going to turn out bad.
I can't wait to see what prank these pranksters prank on us!
Oh. Apparently it was just a zip line. What a let down.
Oh well. I guess they had fun anyway. Thanks for not pranking us, I guess. We were all looking forward to what you guys had in store.
Hey I wonder what everyone else is do-Never mind.
Hey I wonder what everyone else is do-OH GOD NO
There was nothing we could do but stand back in horror as Robb opened fire on the crowd.
I won a Peabody in photojournalism for these.
One of the many faceless, nameless victims of Robb's reign of terror.
We shall overcome one day.
But, just as all hope was seemingly lost...
The crowd began to fight back!
It was only appropriate to begin this TR on Veteran's day (or technically the day after).
Some of the crowd cowered in fear...
While others fought the good fight.
Ultimately, a truce was reached when the ride operators told everyone to come back. Never forget.
TPR celebrities: They're just like us! They ride tigers!
And now, The Bryan and Adam Show proudly present: Jake and Adam on a Frog Hopper.
Jake is getting ready for what is about to be the performance of a lifetime. Adam is making some sort of weird face. These are method actors, people!
I just got off the phone with George Criterion. He wants to make this the cover to the DVD.
It's truly remarkable how Adam can stay so grounded in reality as Jake steals the scene.
Here of course is the big emotional scene. Spoiler alert: I think it was a mistake having the frog hopper become alive.
For your consideration this awards season: Jake and Adam on a Frog Hopper.
Before we left we were told we had to check out their minstrel show.
I, for one, found it offensive. But I'm not from the South, maybe I just don't get it.
Well, that's it for Dixieland. The next update will be posted in a week or so. Thanks for reading!
