The Disneylander
From the Associated Press: DISNEY TO ANNOUNCE THIRD GATE ANAHEIM-Disney Co. CEO and President Bob Iger announced today at the Grand Californian Convention Center that the world-famouse Disneyland Resort will soon include a third park, to be built on the site of the Convention Center, which will be moved to Fresno as the "Anaheim-Fresno Joint Convention Center". The new park will focus on the Latino culture in Southern California, and will be titled Disney's Latino-California Adventure. "We hope that this new park will set a new milestone in race-oriented parks for years to come. The folks at Disney are anxiously awaiting the groundbreaking of this new park"-set to begin in 2009. The construction of the new park will coincide with the Fourth Year of a Million Dreams, another item announced at the press conference. John Lasseter, Chief Creative Officer of Disney Co., said in a separate statement that "This will be a new focus and future for Disney." The new park is scheduled to open in late 2013, roughly coinciding with the huge influx of illegal immigrants that is projected to enter the United States. The park will open with approximately 30 attractions and shows, which are yet to be revealed. Jay Rasulo stated that "The new park will incorporate the latest special effects to draw the technologically challenged Latino market". Also, it was revealed that the new park will feature the biggest toy-manufacturing warehouse in the world, with tours available to the general public. This tour, titled "The Magic of Disney Toymaking", will delve into the world of toymaking as the guests see for themselves the joy of making plush toys. The tour is scheduled to open along with the park in late 2013. AP reporter Seung Park contributed to this report.

sfmmrules!
I can't believe Disney would come up with a park & name like that. It just doesn't seem to fit Disney. TC Ridesalot
^E ticket ride-Tortilla flats, first you go through a factory where they are creating a really large torilla that will be shot out of a large sling shot. Then all the people can board it and will be launched southward. As you travel through different parts of Cali on your way south you have extra sensory effects like in Soarin. First, you go over Downtown LA where you get a quick wiff of Cisco or Nighttrain wine seeping from the bodies of lost actors. Then you get blinded by the flashes of cameras held by the masses of Poperazzis who just saw Britney's Haynanni-Nu getting out of a Porsche''. The ending is so exciting as you fly over a 15 foot half build fence and find yourself landing in an area where you smell the sents of roasting rats being wrapped in the same tortilla you saw being made at the beginning of the ride. As you exit the large tortilla there are characters offering riders a reasonably priced chicklet, and a pass for a free drink in a bar where farm animals go to relax(get it). Wow, this ride is going to put soarin to shame! An added disclaimer: This post was not meant to offend anybody! It sole mission was to entertain and add a small amount of humor to most peoples drab day. If it offended you please accept my applogy and realize America is full of all kinds, and that the way it was meant to be! See the sign on the Statue of Liberty. Oh yea, if you don't know where it is or don't know what it stands for then get out! God bless America!
Guy T. Koepp
I heard this park had a two tiered admission plan. One would be to go through the proper channels and purchase a ticket. And yes, the tickets would be green. The other would be to sneak in. In a Disney first, Bob Iger announced that there would only be a fence around a portion of the park. The other barriers would consist of a crossable river as well as a large arroyo with old mattresses strewn about to provide cover. With the second plan, you could ride and be entertained as long as you weren't caught. However, if you were. They would put you on a funny little golf cart buss and escort you back to the main gate. At which point you had the option of purchasing a ticket via the proper channels or sneak back in. I'm also told they have a group discount for 15 or more, but for some reason they are calling it a "family discount."
