Postby Canobie Fan » Thu Aug 23, 2007 3:45 pm

Ok first off.. Where the hell is the sea?! All I saw was a lake ::|

Jack Rabbit was the main reason I wanted to go to the park :)
1 (2).jpg
Its one of the oldest coasters in the US.
1 (5).jpg
And it was fun..
1 (3).jpg
Uhhh...??
1 (4).jpg
Weeee
1 (6).jpg
I was at the park in the rain.. So off and on the ops only sent the train with 7-8 people.. Even with a full line.
1 (7).jpg
Sadly the ride lacks any real airtime.
1 (8).jpg
I was able to get on the last ride for the Scooters before they closed for the rain.. Not the best of Scooters.. but better than anything New England has
1 (9).jpg
Oh.. They also had a tiltawhirl
1 (10).jpg
Whirlwind is the parks newest coaster
1 (11).jpg
Whirlwind was only running with 2 riders a car.. Because of rain. It also kept faulting and stopping random cars along random blocks.. So I only rode it once :(
1 (12).jpg
Weeee
1 (13).jpg
Whirlwind was my 7th MS spinner.. And my second one with the name "Whirlwind"
1 (14).jpg
I wish I could have got more than one ride... :|
1 (15).jpg
Yup.
1 (17).jpg
Bobsleds was the surprise coaster of my trip for me..
1 (18).jpg
My friend Rob came along for the 1,700 mile round trip... Bobsleds was his 20th coaster
1 (19).jpg
Such a cool ride.. Yet it seems almost forgotten about.. Never hear anyone talk about it.
1 (20).jpg
End blocks/lift into the station.
1 (21).jpg
It might look wood... But its a steel ride.. Woo
1 (22).jpg
Oh yeah... And it was my 480th credit.. :D
1 (23).jpg
Seabreeze also had a small waterpark.. But because it was cold and raining people seemed to stay away from it.
1 (24).jpg
Chance Sea Dragon... that I didnt ride
1 (25).jpg
Moser Spring... that I did
1 (26).jpg
Seabreezes indoor scrambler had some badass lighting inside.
1 (27).jpg
Chane Yo-Yo.. That I didnt ride.. (I was really flatride lazy on this trip)
1 (29).jpg
It was cold.. And raining.. But I had to ride the parks log flume.. Even if the water was ice cold... Because it had this......
1 (30).jpg
Holycrap STEEP drop!
1 (31).jpg
Oh yeah.. And they had this kiddie coaster....
1 (32).jpg
Named that
1 (33).jpg
But I couldnt ride it.. :(
1 (34).jpg
You needed a kid to ride.
1 (35).jpg
Blahblahblah....
1 (36).jpg
And one last photo of the parks parking lot.

I had a great 1.5 hour trip through Seabreeze. I loved the bobsleds and the flume drop was nuts. It was kids day when I was there so I just walked on beartrax and rode.

Jack must not have been feeling very good that day- every time I've ridden him he has given me great airtime- especially coming off the surprise hill at the end coming into the station.

You are also definately right that the Bobsleds are quite under-rated- I love those little hills on the way down to the base of the lift!

As far as the "sea," the word does not always refer to the ocean- as in the Sea of Galilee. I also have friends from Deutchland that always refer to the Great Lakes as seas- the Ontario Sea- like the Black Sea.
Of the road, but still in a truck...By the way, that's my dog Millie (named after Millennium Force) over there to the left!

I remember loving the Bobsled a few years ago. A good fun ride, as was Whirlwind.

I couldn't get on Bear Trax either.

Thanks for the pics!

^ Luckily, my friend has a little sister that is not even tall enough to ride Jack Rabbit, so I've been able to Credit Whore myself onto Beartrax for 3 years in a row. I can say that it is a really fun ride. It almost has airtime on the hills, and the laterals are quite strong.
