Part 1.3: Beijing Amusement Park
Okay this is the lamest of all the park names, and it was one the lamest parks too.
This park is right in the middle of the city, and our tour book said: it can get very crowded (HAHA - we counted about ten people in the whole park this day).
This park is built around a big lake, with some flat-rides around the lake and in the middle on a large island.
The park offers two coaster, Nr.1 is a Togo corkscrew coaster and the other is a strange roller coaster which is not big, high or even fast.
There´s also a cart track (you`ve to pay extra) and some older flat-rides.
We think the park is a great possibility to get some fun on a nice summer day, doing some boating on the big lake, doing a nice summer stroll or watching your youngsters playing the rides for the kids - but for an cold off-season day this park was nothing more than some credit whoring.
this is the layout of this city center park

thanks Beijing Amusement Park for some 90 minutes of fun (kind of...)
This park is located in one of the biggest city parks of Beijing, kind of central park.
We`ve visited the park on a sunday, and it was quiet full.
You pay about 50 cent to get in, and than you pay per ride. 4 coasters are in this park, but all are well known if you`ve visited the other beijing Parks before: the strange mine coaster (Shijingshan Park), the spinning coaster (Shijingshan), the old, crazy mouse (Shijingshan) and the corkcrew (guess? - Yes, Shijingshan).
There are some more flat-rides, but they are not worth to mention.
The funniest thing to see was, how they use their outdoor pools in the spring - see the photos to believe how they use it!
This park is more a big playground in the middle of a natural park, but we kind of liked it (maybe we get used to this kind of amusement in china).
Otherwise, it was our first sunny day, and so everything looked a little brighter.
