Well I'm not getting to PKI anytime soon, but I will be going to PCW at the end of June, and you can bet your buttons I'll be just about spriting to get to Italian Job and avoid massive crowds (which I'll be expecting after last year, anyway)

I survived the season working at Darien Lake on an SLC and all I got was this lousy signature.

Dammit, I'm still hungry

One mini should be white, but I think the white one is one that got damaged in the fire. Im looking foward to riding this coaster.

Media Day is May 19th and I'll be there :D

Hopefully they'll do it like Carowinds and let you ride it for a couple hours.

I'm looking forward to this one.

I'll be there the next day as well, got to ride Beast!!!!

I must say, after watching video of this thing testing, my excitement for the ride depreciated greatly. I know the ride only goes 40mph, but I was expecting it to negotiate the track at a faster pace. A bit disappointing.

I agree, I saw the original concept videos for this ride and it looked awesome, now it just looks like a relatively slow and poorly themed attempt at a coaster, IMO

Italian Job Review - PKI Media Day

Postby CoasterFanatic » Thu May 19, 2005 10:06 pm

CoasterFanatics.com reporter (I am not making this up ... she does this stuff for a living) Niki Kapsambelis took her little notebook to Kings Island for Media Day and brought back her thoughts on Italian Job: Stunt Track.

According to Jeff Siebert, the park’s marketing communications manager, The Italian Job has earned a top-five ranking among new rides by the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and USA Today.

LOL!!!

Aren't there only like 5 new rides being built this year!?!?!

Stupid Kings Island...Nice Article though!
