It happens. The magic kingdom had a phase closing earlier today for a couple hours.

I'm amazed it doesn't happen more often. I don't think Walt could have ever envisioned his park hosting so many guests. I'm very curious to see how they handle crowd control going forward, as it's not like they have tons of room to re-model all the walkways to accommodate more foot traffic.

Why do I still have a donkey title???

I'm heading down to Disneyland in less than two weeks! It'll be a lot more fun with Jacob now that he's a tiny bit older. I don't think we'll do the storybook boats and he wiggles like nothing else, but the animal cages on Casey Junior should work!

Looks like they took the Frozen Summer Fun setup from Disney's Hollywood Studios and amped it up a notch! Thanks for sharing these photos Dallas!

Looks like they did a good job building on the original Florida event. I've never heard of "Three Kings Day."

Dang son! Definitely looks like they spent a few months designing things, rather than 2 weeks!

^ From what I understand, they didn't have THAT much more time, but they did have a few bigger, empty areas to play with, which most certainly helps! I kind of wished they would have gotten some version of the Fireworks show, which, IMO, was the highlight of the event in WDW, but I think they have a lot more restrictions with fireworks being right in the middle of Anaheim than the resorts in Orlando do.
