Twisted Colossus construction tour! Okay, here's the skinny, I won't go into too much detail...because you probably know everything already. So, here are some pictures and a few small progress updates from the tour. Really, it looks amazing and the work seems to be moving along at a fast pace. Can't wait to ride it! Pictures...
Roller coaster, only it's not for ridin', it's just for lookin'.
Something missing? No looks fine to me.
They fixed that section that jackhammered really bad, well it's gone and that's all that matters.
The save Colossus effort, you see they load it in a truck and...
New transfer table.
Can we build it? Yes we can! Except I'm just gonna watch.
Connie likes to dress up in hats and invites others to participate in her hobby.
Two queues will become one big one.
Used to be something here I think.
After 36 hours of riding they decided that my awesomeness could not be equaled and just completely tore this side of the coaster out. Once it reopens thousands will come just to stand on this spot. Of course they'll have to get in line for Twisted Colossus, but hey that'll be fun too.
New control panel goes here.
Macho macho man, I've got to be a macho man...
Basically she is saying "Awesome, awesome, awesome..." Something like that. It's gonna be awesome!
Thanks to Six Flags Magic Mountain and RMC for letting us tour the site, it was awesome...and twisted!

Great pictures! I can't wait to ride this coaster. It's going to be the best new thrill ride in Southern California since Tatsu.

Thank you for this update, Colossus' pre-lift section looks so weird and awesome! Have they installed any new track pieces lately? The fire's location kind of stopped them from installing the first drop. Maybe they'll install the track in reverse from brake run?
