Hhappy
Time for another update. it's time for the start of Day 4: Victory Kingdom Brand spankin new park which still needed a bit of work done (on some rides and shade) But it was not band. Mouse was closed, the water was nasty and the SLC clone was not that bad (as far as i can remember) It's been a while so i might have just blurred everything away it looks so pretty (and bright) the entrance area park map this reminded me a lot of some of those rct games yeah, that's the place we are at now let's get into the park shopping street which goes to.. ehmmm the "arc of victory" open space on the left... more open space on the right... big coaster on the right brand new ride (still wrapped in plastic) next door owh the theming... it's the giant blocks building yeah.. wide open area.. spinning tea cups.. every park needs these.. and it's a mouse called spinning coaster.. which was down for the count this day.. double deck caroussel where to go ?!?!? no thanks, i'll skip this 4D Market?? ehm.. it's a road through a truck.. still working on some "small" details big wheels.. snake around a tree more rct ehm.. yeah... through infinity? yikes.. this looks pretty nasty.. the dib.. coaster?? locals are having fun rainbow time.. always cool when the water falls back on the boat no fire hoses bummer so yeah.. some TPR members decided to brave the water just a split second before getting soaked.. looks like the wave came over the front and into the boat and then the water came down, back onto the boat... that's a lot of water ok, time to move on i believe they were installing a kids play area in here? more rct it ain't rome yeah.. it's open.. train vs blue sky scream green dude they look happy.. i guess.. holding on.. it can't be that bad.. right? still holding on... loop nice sky time for some flat ride fun... up-side-down and almost back to "normal" yeah.. this looked... ehm.. one more look at this thing the next coaster was not installed yet.. castle theming that's it.. time to visit the next place. SharkTums
This park was beyond creepy. I could see it being gone before it's even finished.
larrygator
I made sure my mouth and eyes were closed tight on that water ride. I don't know what Dan was thinking, I hope he is off the antibiotics.
Moose
I think Dan may still be on antibiotics after catching the Skegness. This park seemed abandoned even though it was brand new.
cfc
Great close-up shots of the splash boat and coaster, Hanno. That knock-off SLC is so yellow it's blinding!
Nrthwnd
I'll give Victory Kingdom four years. If that much. Till the next TPR China Tour, perhaps? The car ride looked like it was trying to knock off how Hong Kong Disney's done theirs in the layout, with that one guideway going out over the gp? Great shots of great open spaces, Hanno LOL! XYZ
After looking at these photos, it looks like this park has no shade at all. Stomach King - This is an interesting name... Chinese Food - This is China...
ernierocker
Yeah, I think I would rather face the zombie apocalypse than ride that Chinese water ride!
vuurvogel
It is weird seeing pictures of these parks. They feel not very real. With that I think they are very soulless parks. Just opened up, no history yet. I have been in such a park just once and it is just weird, it can have good rides, but the feeling is not there yet. Hope they will have the time to mature

Hope they will have the time to mature Victory Kingdom opened in July of this year, and Happy Valley Wuhan opened last spring. China is pretty new to the whole "theme park" thing. I think the Happy Valley chain itself started about six years ago. The Chinese are still getting the hang of how to run a park, too. SharkTums
I look at these pictures and am thankful no one died on the trip! I'm also thankful that even communist countries will happily accept bribes to open coasters that shouldn't be open!
Nrthwnd
"lots of green stuff" Including the water there, LOL. Also, this was one of the places you noticed all of the apartment/condo buildings standing there, totally uninhabited. And been standing there for what, a few years? (What I remember hearing.) Wierd. Just strange. But bribery is A Good Thing!
cfc
I look at these pictures and am thankful no one died on the trip! I'm also thankful that even communist countries will happily accept bribes to open coasters that shouldn't be open! Those were some of the dodgiest coasters of the whole trip (aside from the looping toboggan thing). I remember being thankful that the Jungle Mouse's safety features actually worked when they dispatched my car too early!
