This sounds like it is tied into the whole "Society of Explorers and Adventurers" storyline Disney has been using lately.

Yeah, BTMR has one of the dullest queues out of all the rides at the park. Whatever they can do to it, would be an improvement in my opinion. Not that I will ever wait 45 minutes in it thanks to Fast Pass.

KT got her one and only splinter in the Big Thunder Mountain queue and still talks about it, so anything that destroys that queue so I don't have to hear about it anymore works for me!!! ;)

^You could've parlayed that splinter into a free annual pass for life! "Big Thunder is now ruined for me forever because it hurt my child!"

huh. That's interesting. I've been seeing guests with the photopass+ lanyards for some time now. I hadn't realized it was basically being soft tested...
I'm too ADD to count coasters, I just ride them over again!

Ok, I just watched the video. Can someone explain what the 'plus' is? To me this doesn't seem any different from the PhotoPass system they already had?

For example we went like two years ago, bought the package ahead of time, you get a card and give it to all of the places and it's all included. I don't see anything different other than they put the card on a lanyard?!

I was assuming this would be some sort of RFID roll out and you wouldn't have to hand the card over any more to be scanned.
