fdelhomez
07/13 Fraispertuis City and Le Pal updates added - end of the report. 07/11 Walygator added with excluse pics just for Theme Park Review . 07/10 Phantasialand added. Hello everyones, The 24th of June was my 30 years old birthday, and the better way to live it was in park, better say parkS. I've planned a trip since May to visit 5 new parks for me : 1st - 1 day at Bobbejaanland in Belgium, 2nd - 2 days at Phantasialand (and yes, they gave us the discount thanks to Club TPR!!!) 3rd - 1 day at Walygator (for The Monster, the B&M from asia, something different on it and exclusives pictures for you from a non-public area) 4th - 1 day at Fraispertuis City (Timber Drop, the world's record of few days with a first drop at 113,1°) and finally 1 day at Le Pal (half theme park with a fantastic but too short spinning Mack, and half zoo) I'm gonna do this Photo TR in multiple times because it take a little time to do it, so it's gonna be a 1 park review each days some come back to check photos everyday. Let's start this review with : BOBBEJAANLAND. The road was very long for me because I have to travel all the way up throught France and all Belgium from left to right but, after 1200km the job's done. The weather was not prefect but nothing to stop the rides. That was last Sunday, Elodie & I arrived at the park half an hour before the opening, first thing strange, you have to buy the map of the park at the ticket booth, if you don't you'll find in the park giant maps to help you out. I was there for two rides, Typhoon, my first Euro Fighter and Dizz! Typhoon was very good, intense loop slow heartline roll, very fine! Dizz disapointed me a little bit, it's very good but the brakes zone slow down too much the ride so for me it's not at it's full potential, but it's very good for the whole family. Staff there was very cool, and general public respectfull. I enjoyed this Belgium park but more theming would made this park fantastic. ok, enought talking, enjoys the pictures. Welcome to Bobbejaanland! TPR girls - theme parks - coasters & Coca Cola! What else? We're the first riders for Typhoon. First it goes vertical, but then... It goes beyond vertical. Intense loop. Love that part. Here they go! Nice curves. The clown of Kinderland scares me. Suspended coaster. Twisty section. This Mack powered coaster was pretty good. Nintendo & Bobbejaanland entertained us! Speedy Bob - Wild mouse really wild! Hang on girls! Now is the moment for Dizz pictures. Thanks Bobbejaanland for this fantastic day, see you soon Now it's sunday night, guess witch city we are sleeping at this night? The answer in few hours! fdelhomez
Hey, now is time for day 2 & 3 update. We get a sleep at Guästhouse Balthazar in Brühl, and yes it's a moment I've been waiting for a while, we are about to visit Phantasialand! We spend 2 days in the park, showing my Club TPR card at the ticket booth gave us a discount, I say us instand of I because the lady at the ticket booth was shure that this card did not gave a discount at the park, so I ask gently to call a manager to check it out, after the call she was so sory that discounted also the entry of Elodie, thanks Phantasialand to be so gentle! Now the park : it's brilliant, so clean, so themed at a point that photos did not give the park justice, the rides are AMAZING, they got some fantastic rapid rivers, a WOW drop tower in the mystery castle, Black Mamba an intense inverted B&M, Talocan an incredibly themed top spin and one of the best ride I've been on : Winja (Fear & Force). We saw the "Dragon fight" show. I finally know why Colorado Adventure is called "The Michael Jackson" thrill ride, it's because he inaugurate it! That was one of the best park I've been to! Pictures! Welcome to Phantasialand See we get the first discount thanks to Clu,b TPR - 5€ of the full price for the momen the park is empty if guests. I've been waiting for this so long!!!! In an instant, that drop show how powerfull Black Mamba is. Intense 0G. Corkscrew, fast turns close to the ground and elements with water, it has everything! Michael's inside me Somebody is maybe enjoying it a little bit too much. themed. Talocan. Pretty. This thing is insane. Even the chairswing looks great. Here's a snack where you can eat awesome fries. Maus au chocolat queue line. the station. Spectacular show. "the six dragons" Nice theming. It's a magic house. The home of awesomeness! This ride is just incredible, believe me it's a blockbuster ride. That's all for Phantasialand - next update soon with Walygator.
fdelhomez
Hey everyones, Part 3 of the summer coaster tour, here I am in Walygator Park at Metz, and there's a reason I'm here : The Monster - ex Orochi! Jean-Marc, the chef technician and manager of The Monster's team gave me some tips about that B&M inverted coaster, to adapt it on Walygator's ground they do some change on the structuren so now it's taller than it was, the first drop is a little bit longer but no as steep as Orochi, it's a clone of Raptor from Cedar Point! The main change on this ride is that the middle section has no more BRAKES, the 2nd part of the ride is unbelievable intense, the 2 corkscrews and the 2 helixes are perfect, it's breathtaking! And another great thing for you is that Jean-Marc allow me to shoot some pictures from a non-guest area! I give him a HUGE thanks for what he've done for us coasters enthusiasts! Thanks Walygator, great addition for your park! Welcome to walygator. They have their own cars. Closed for the day. Usual? The new Terror House with actors inside. Let's start with this horrible thing. Dropin'. Nice from the outside but inside it's hell. Happy rider?!? First turn around. I believe I can fly. The dive show, pretty good. Vekoma banging machine. Loopen. Wow, here it is, and it's very good. We're about to ride it! Yeees! The trains are shiny. Be prepared to recieve a lots of G's! Voltige time, Jean-Marc is drawing a Monster graph on the mid-track section. Huuum, lovely! Vertical loop intense. Perfect cobra roll. Now ladies and gentlement - TPR exclusive pics. The layour is very nice. Bottom of the drop. Closer from the loop. Changing G's moment. I like it. Last exclusive pics. A big big thanks to Walygator and The Monster Team. I will remember this day a long time.
