Do "Non-Bay Area" member's opinions count or are they immediately null and void? :p
Medusa ERT (assuming it would be offered) is worth the drive up there alone ;)

I was thinking about the Bay Area Bash if it was in May again, but right now I am focusing my attention on attending the East Coast Bash during the same weekend.

I would be interested if I can get the time off at work. Unfortunately I'm most likely loosing my vacation days in May, when my company gets bought out, which means I won't get paid when I take days off...

I'm interested! I think both parks would be awesome! Would lodging be included?

^ No. This isn't a TPR trip. more of a "meet up."

Hitting up both parks in the same weekend is the best way to experience both parks, especially when there's ERT involved!

Depending on which way you go, there are several hotels/motels in between SFDK and CGA. Last year I drove almost all the way to CGA, after the day at SFDK, and stayed at a Motel 6 right off the freeway. It worked out perfectly, I had plenty of time in the morning to take a shower and eat breakfast and I was still the first person waiting in line to get into the parking lot at CGA.

I would highly recommend the Avatar Hotel near CGA. It's where we stayed for the West Coast Trip and the Bay Area Party Bus Trip.

Like Robb said, this event is open to everyone, not just those who live in the Bay Area.

Thank you guys for putting together a trip even though you aren't able to attend personally.

I used to go to CGA every year for my birthday when I lived in Cali, so I'm super down for this "meet up". :D
