I think the sad reality is we will never see another one. As Robb said on the trip the ride is a lot like a prototype ride that escaped the factory, it's still a great ride but it doesn't seem like its quite finished.
^If S&S could work out a way to improve the capacity (8 riders per side in a 4x2 configuration perhaps?) it might be an easier sell. But as it stands the ride is really only suitable for a small park like Skara - didn't they say they only had something like 70 operating days each season?
^ Yes, I remember that. And was a bit surprised at the narrow time line for their "season." But then, my park's "season" is May until Sept. Tranan is unique and could be plussed up with a higher lift hill, maybe an indoor part (?), and a few more "spins." But it seems to be like the new family coasters, like the one at Farup Sommerland. Not long in cycle time. But fun enough for the whole family to enjoy.
