OK tower ride, GREAT view. Speaking of... that's just plain wrong. I think I will count it as a credit just due to the mental stress it induced It kinda looks like X-Scream's track now! bummer, a missed credit. Yes, the Stratosphere Tower - the catalyst for a spike in Depends sales at the north end of the strip. That can only be taken from one place... This is where we ate dinner later that evening, I think it was at Mandalay Bay lol, Hooters - where I put my meat in some chick's hand. I haven't been to NYC in almost 10 years, this is as close as it can get I guess The Strip. Staying at the Monte Carlo meant we were close to Manhattan Express!! Monte Carlo had it all. Boobs for me and Robb, great food court for Elissa. lol - balls. Some of the worst McDonald's service ever. (accomplishment!) Finally, Desperado! We took 4 rides, three in the back, one here in the front (which kicked our asses). Still a pretty good ride to me. Too bad the boat ride had a huge line, I would have liked to ride it, especially with the effects working This one was incredibly lame Next stop: Buffalo Bill's on a Saturday night! This was actually the only kiddie coaster I rode all week The Tilt was pretty craptacular Pretty much just drops and turns, but its pretty big for a portable It's sorta fun, I guess First stop - credit run!! Since I don't have any photos of Derek to post, here is one *FOR* Derek. Well, if they fail, at least it could probably make for another roller coaster CSI when it crashes into the street... Kinda weird to be able to walk across track.. but you can't stand there when operating in case the station breaks fail! :shock: The launch was pretty sweet, and the ride delivered a good bit of fun. It's probably the best ride in town to me. So I finally get my one chance to experience the legedary Premier restraints... There is still one more major credit to get in Vegas... Speed! The tower ride was one of their latest additions, but we did not ride Inverters suck, but at least you get to see part of what the 'dome has to offer I would not ride this one... only due to hieght limitations The corkscrews were taken at insane speeds! I still liked it though, the ride wasn't too bad. Now due up to bat: Carolina Cyclone West There is a coaster in there... two, really! yay for funky malls! Perhaps my favorite hotel on the Strip, only because of the kickass sign! I watched it for like 10 minutes and even took video of it.. it's just beyond awesome. We didnt go into Treasure Island, but I thought it looked very cool on the outside Actually, the funky heartline thing was ok So, it wasn't very smooth for the most part, but I didn't think it was the worst coaster in the wotld as many do.. still, it's down there for me yup, we got to test out the new trains. And finally, we are in need of a dorky coaster photo, so why not do so with the best ride in the park? yeah, we also did Jaguar! which was cool but not quite up to MOA's version Overall, I'd say its a lot like Talon, which I also liked. Not the best B&M Invert, but still a great ride that is better than most out there. Probably a 'B-' ride Weee!!! It's almost as good as having a photo of Derek to grace my PTR The well-placed cobra roll.. Aaah, Sliver Bullet, the park's latest roller coaster, an oft-lamented B&M Invert Again, parts of the park are still kickass. The cool darkride thing that we chose to skip with a huge line, oh well, there will be a next time for me Perhaps the worst Boomerang I have done. The water was running, but the ride was closed. I wouldn't have ridden anyways, but as far as the whole Knott's stereotype goes, I think this was the only ride we saw closed I feel like I am home. mmm... mags The overbanks and stuff weren't as pointless as I would have expected, no moreso than a bunny hill It's go-time! It has some of the coolest trains I heve ever seen I can finally say I've been on all the US rockets, and only Storm Runner tops Xcelerator IMO Crowds and our hosts kept us off the famous log flume on this visit =( GhostRider ran pretty rough, but was still fairly enjoyable. Old part of the park, NOT Cedar Fair-ized yet... Surely this is the park's signature shot... I love Cedar Fair! The longest line of the day was the kiddie coaster, even with three abreast at times!! We had to get Rich his credit Batman, still kicking ass more than a decade later It makes sense that Joey's old ride can't get it up... Deja Vu just got 100x cooler... and horray!! I finally got my credit Poor Orient Express, soo overshadowed Never-before-seen Thursday morning brought us a chance to get a head start on the party and pick up some credits Once we got back, Rich flew in! Downtown Indianapolis, for those who couldn't tell by the first shot Unfortunately I had a connecting flight, but YAY for a new airport credit. awww... bye bye SoCal! I'll miss you and some of your inhabitants!! I thoroughly enjoyed my first TPR Party Random picture from the party where Derek pulls a quick move.. yea, that's the Fastpass line There it is, in all its tamed glory!! Down we go.. SEE! Very sad. This hurts me inside. More Tatsu, you just can never get enough. I never said my photos were unique.. Anyone find it funny that the sign looks rusted and kinda nasty? At least Casey (and Gisco's Hot Daughter and Jim) got to ride Canyon Blaster DENIED!! (in the lamest situation ever) me = happy to be on Goliath Ryan = dazed and confused evan = cut off :: I love that hellix Casey and Derek conquer lame Goliath Finally, a picture of Derek!!! So.. who's boobs are better, Derek's or mine? If you know the answer, email dan!! ... this is why you shouldn't let Ryan hold your camera.. Yay, Ninja was open on Saturday!! I love Ninja Simply awesome. It doesn't go up much further.. lol both Batman and Riddler's were stuck on the lift at the same time To some, this is the Valley of Death!! I DID patronize Tatsu, 4 times in fact. Great ride. I did not patronize the Arrow corner this trip = Tatsu shots never get old. OMG OMG OMG "What do you mean I'm supposed to stand-up??" SFGAm painted Deja Vu in the off season two years ago. Why didn't SFMM? Oh wait, that's a rhetorical question. SFMM never does things that make sense (except for building Tatsu). Anyway, nice TR!
