lagg
Funland Amusment Park is a small park in Hayling Island, which is just off the coast of Portsmouth. This shows Tornado in action, next to the closed Drop Tower. Some more of Klondike... Klondike still had the same logo, tunnels, the shed, and the dull queue-line. It had a Helter-Skelter too, and in this photo it shows Ian slapping Dave. It had some Dogems, what were painfull. ...called Breakdace. It had a Breakdance... Theres light at the end of the tunnel... lets hope its not a train! It had a really slow Log Flume called Wild River, and it got you soaked! This was the only fast part. I got my 76th on Woody's Coaster. ...and it puts afterburners to shame! There was a KMG Freakout called Tornado... It seemed rougher, and its my 75th coaster! Klondike Gold Mine had moved there from Drayton Manor Park. It was about 100ft high and broke after we rode it! It had an Intamin Drop tower, called.. Drop Tower! The skyline of Funlands. Shockwave
You broke the drop tower??? Glad you all had a good day there. Funlands is a good laugh when there's a few of you there. I went with Dave last year in August for a couple of hours and had a really good day out.

viking86
Is that the drop tower that used to be inside that mall? (cant remember the name of it). I know it got relocated to an outdoor park.
SharkTums
^That's my question! Is that the Drop ride from the Trocadero??? I couldn't tell from the car, but based on the structure it has to be! So is this the UK park that gets all of the reject rides from other UK parks? Inferno Insane
^That's my question! Is that the Drop ride from the Trocadero??? I couldn't tell from the car, but based on the structure it has to be! Yes that was the Drop Tower which was inside Trocadero. Minus the 2nd Row of seats which it had before. Nice report, haven't visted for a whille, but worth going just for a really good KMG Freakout

This park has got a couple of relocated rides, but Loudoun Castle in Scotland seem to get most of the cast-offs from other UK parks. coasterdude5
Nice TR! That's quite an interesting collection of rides. I'm surprised a log flume as small as that one could make such a splash!
