For the most part, was able to stick to healthier eating this past week (a few slips tho - Chinese Buffet on Thurs for lunch, Mexican food out on Friday night). and today did Sushi, tho stayed away from fried things.

but I *have* been able to keep to my every day walking routine, and when I weighted myself this morning?

i actually did drop 4 1/2 lbs from last week.

so I'm at 194.5 lbs.

still not great, but at least not 199 lbs any more, and trending in the right direction! so I've got incentive to stick to it, and am really only ~10lbs away from my "goal" weight of 185 or so.

yay me?

I ate super good all week and then completely derailed down in Wildwood over the weekend. Flights of beer, bloody marys, crab cakes, BBQ, mac & cheese, a cheesesteak, pizza, a giant Sunday morning breakfast with you-name-it on my plate, and more drinks.

All that? I lost two pounds. :p

I've been eating this for about 6 months now at work and thought I should share the goods:

https://www.postconsumerbrands.com/better-oats/oatfit-cinnamon-roll/

It's super easy to make in a cup and pair with some peanuts/almonds for the best sweet/salty snack. It'll bring back memories to Dollywood/SDC cinnamon bread!

The first half of my busy stretch is done. I have stayed the same as I was 2 weeks ago at 244. I am perfectly fine with this until I Get back to a normal schedule.

I'm falling off the wagon again.

(probably fluid retention but still) . . . doing the best I can, just can't shake the ghost of wanting my candy/other goodies.

I was going to go out to dinner for my birthday (the 31st) with my parents . . . but now I don't think it's likely.

Still at the same weight. A bit frustrating but I am cool with it considering how busy I have been.

not getting near the scale for at least another week.

let's just say there were lots of food options that were not good on our vacation, but I rationalized that I was on vacation and ate away.

but back on plan as of this morning (if we ignore the Spaghetti and meatballs w/ Garlic Bread I made for dinner last night.. .that I ate WAY too much of).

I've fallen off the wagon . . . gained 10 or 11 pound the last 3 weeks.

STRICT dieting . . . NO cheat meals (which means NO theme park goodies), NO going out to eat.
