Raising water level in Planet Coaster

Still kind of new to Planet Coaster here. I have a park I've been working on; it was my own scenario. There is water around the perimeter of the park, but it's about 100 feet below the main height of the park itself. I would like to bring it up about 90 feet so I can have a beach (I already have my version of Magnum XL-200 ready!). In scenario editor, I cannot find an option to raise water level. Is this possible?

^To answer my own question, no you cannot edit the water level outside the park. I found that on another forum and wanted to post it here in case anyone else needed an answer to that.

Sucks you can't edit the water level outside the park, but dang does this game rock.
