Support Killer Question

Postby HPCrazy » Sat May 09, 2009 5:44 am

I didn't know if any of you tried using the Steelworx "Support Killer" feature to eliminate the supports on the log flumes and mine train rides in RCT3? Do they all dissappear? I couldn't get the supports directly under the track (for those two rides types) to vanish. Is there something I am doing wrong or is there a trick to it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Does anyone know of any good sites that you can download recreations from?

I've tried Coaster Grotto, but I can't find any other good ones.

Thanks

It doesn't work on coaster that have "wooden" support type.
Your best bet is to download The_Cook's trackbeds , and use the support killer in that set.

It's a tiny square that you need to place just under the track , that should work :)

OR if you don't want any support at all , go to option , show LOD settings , and then turn down both bars after supports ;)

^ Using a scenery item, like one of the small boulders, and dropping it under ground will do the same thing too.

^ No, that doesn't work. Not with wooden supports.

I just use the one that comes with Big Burgers, and raise it up.

Do that, or just turn off the supports.
In all honesty, I hate this username.

On the log flume, I have to raise the support killer to the top of the support. That's what gets rid of it for me. It's hard though. Lol.

Probably a really stupid question......but how do you put a roof on a building? I can put up four walls, but can't seem to put the roof on. See, I said I was stupid! :lolr:
