CenturyFlyer
^So many of the Japanese amusement parks are closing up/losing rides/in danger of closing and this virus is not going to help. I really hope they have some kind of renaissance in the next ten years or so. 31 roller coasters have opened in Japan since 2010. 51 have closed. Of course, the majority of new Japanese rides have been kiddie/family rides, and while most of the rides they replaced weren't big, they were often more unique than their replacements. Just for comparison, 37 new coasters opened in the US in 2019 and 21 closed.
