I'm planning a week-long Scandi trip for myself next year. I also have a visit back home to Pennsylvania in the Spring and I'm hoping to tack on a day at Kennywood or Six Flags Great Adventure. Finally, if my finances are still okay I'll be planning on checking out Wildwood Grove, Lightning Rod, Copperhead Strike and Fury 325 on a deep south weekend in the autumn.

Definitely hitting up Cedar Point again for our yearly vacation. We usually do at least 3 days at CP (with some beach/Shores time), and a day on one of the islands (either PIB or KI) in the summer.

Other than Cedar Point, we are going to try to get to Canada's Wonderland, which will be a first for us. That seems like it would work on the same trip as CP, probably leave from Pittsburgh to CW and then from CW to CP.

I would assume we will hit up Kennywood to check out Steel Curtain at some point.

^^ Sorry, but I can't find Puy du Fou anywhere in the RCDB site.

And I am curious what it has, in coasters/rides/theming, that you want to visit it?

I'm just curious, and I didn't recognize the park's name. That's all.

EDIT: I found it.

Puy du Fou is a historical theme park in Les Epesses in the heart of the Vendée region of Western France. The park brings more than 2 million visitors every year, making it the second most popular theme park in France after Disneyland Paris. Wikipedia

A historical theme park. Neat. Take photos and post a trip report here, when you've been to it!

As always, I will 100% be visiting SFMM, Knott's, and Lagoon since those are my three home parks. Aside from those, there definitely won't be any big vacations like we did in 2016 and 2017.

However, my friend has been itching to get to Cedar Point (he's never been), and I need to get out and ride Steel Vengeance, so a quick trip in and out of Cleveland next summer may be a possibility depending on our work schedules.

Almost Definitely:

Canada's Wonderland

Darien Lake

Fantasy Island

Definitely:

Knott's Berry Farm

Disneyland

Disney California Adventure

Six Flags Magic Mountain

Tokyo Disneyland

Tokyo Disney Sea

Fuji-Q Highland

Hakkeijima Sea Paradise

LaQua

Nagashima Spa Land

Universal Studios Japan

Not planning on doing as many Japanese parks as I easily could. They will have to share priority with visiting a dozen or so landmarks from various Godzilla movies, because like, what better reason is there to go to Japan???
