This sounds like a fantastic addition to the park! This park needs some more high thrill rides, and this seems like just the thing they could use, a giant iconic ride.

Which came first the turtle or the donkey?

Yes, this is a ride sorely needed at the park. I'm glad it's gonna be a double shot tower (x2)

I'm glad the park is getting some rides. I do wonder whats going to happen to all of the Astroworld coasters.
In all honesty, I hate this username.

Why do I still have a donkey title???

I'm really glad the Great Escape is getting this. The park could really use it.

Astroworld's Shoot-the-Chutes ride and Serial Thriller were sent there in 2005, right off they said that the water ride would not be installed. Serial Thriller isn't going to be installed either anymore. So in a way, they were transported this far for nothing, but at one time I think they did have a plan to install Serial Thriller.

Im super Stolked for the park. Its about time they get a Thrill ride that will draw more guest. Especially if it is visible from the highway. The park still needs a staple coaster though.

Someone also said that Sasquach will be the S&S Towers from SFNO. I don't think that will happen. SF don't own those rides. Removing them from the park would be considered stealing.

Six Flags still owns Six Flags New Orleans.

^ SF never owned SFNO. The City of New Orleans owns SFNO, but SF managed it.

New Orleans owns the land, park, and every ride that was installed when the park was Jazzland. The S&S Towers opened with Jazzland.

^Oh well, I thought they owned it, but were under some contract from the city. Although that would explain the trouble they are going through with the city.

I'm sure that it is legal if Six Flags is removing these from SFNO, and it should be a great addition to Great Escape. Although a great family park, Great Escape was in need of a large thrill ride like this, and this will be unlike anything in the state.
