^I imagine all of it. I would think that's the plan - build the track, enclose it before the snow gets here, and then work on the special effects while the crews are building the rest of the ride outside, or when the snow ceases outdoor construction.

Whie Busch Gardens may be going for a "family coaster", I am starting to doubt that its so family-ish. 2 launches, a dark room with special FX, a drop section, and an 89 foot drop to the Rhine River? If I were a little kid, I would go on LNM befor Bolty, needless to say this is a good thing for us coaster enthusiasts!
Coaster Count: 33! Favorite Coaster:INTIMIDATOR 305 Last Coaster Ridden: Verbolten Next Park: Kings Dominion
I had a good look at the construction both Saturday and Sunday. I love the layout so far! Track construction inside the building should be finished within the next week.
On another note, HOS's scares have been amped up a bit from friends working in the mazes and from observations made going through scare zones in my spare time last Saturday. If you were a bit disappointed in the mazes and scare zones a few weeks ago, things have changed for the scarier.
I've considered working as a scareactor next year. Hearing the stories of people freaking out and peeing their pants must be fun to see in person. One of my friends managed to see a full-grown man crawl out of a maze because he was so scared.
I made it to HOS last night (Sunday October 16) and the park was surprisingly busy for a Sunday. The wait times for the mazes were around 45 minutes to an hour, so I opted for the Quick Que. I really liked the new mazes. Deadline was great, the last room really made the entire maze. I also thought 13 and Fear Fair were good. This was the first time I saw the work site for Verbolten, and its big. They seem to really be doing a ton of work during the week. The best view of the work site seems to be from the line Bitten. I just got a new camera and what better way to test it out than here.
Bridge to Ireland, lots of pumpkins
Ghosts seemed to have a problem getting around trees

Our host for the evening, her creepy song is still going through my head
Just a shell of a station
I see a footer going in - right in front
It was getting dark by the time I headed this way
Its a little dark, but the drop track is in the back of this picture
I think this may have been discussed before, a while ago, but how does HOS compare between the two parks? I thought I had read that BGW was looking to move more away from a family event and make it more like the Tampa event.
