Where can I find more info on this at?

Good points Reality15 but alot of it will come down to how the lease was set up.

It right here. It cuts off at year 2005. Just get a good look, Every year when the park was under Ed Hart managment and under his 10 year agreement the park got or reived something major and new, but since Six Flags took over that all changed.

I don't see any where that says Ed Hart added any rides after selling the park in late 1997.

scroll down to the year 2000, he even added rides when his company didn't own the park in the year 1998, 1999, and 2000.

It only says it was Ed Hart's "10 year plan" it could be possible for Six Flags to take over on finishing the plans because it would not make sense in investing on a buissness you don't own.

It just like a child being taking away for the parent and the parent still want to take care of the child. In this case Ed was the Parent and The Kingdom (everyone in louisville call it that, hopfully its the parks new name or KK lol) is the Child

I think it's a stronger argument that Ed Hart didn't spend a dime on the additions after he sold the park to Premier. Premier may have honored that plan and installed the rides that were in his 10-year-plan, but I would go as far to say everything 1999 and later was payed for by Premier, maybe even 1998 (depends on when Twisted Twins was payed for)

But saying Ed Hart payed for it is like saying Six Flags payed for Wildwater Kingdom to be installed at Geauga Lake, it doesn't make sense. Business doesn't work that way. Ed Hart sold the property in 1997, he's not going to go and invest more money in it.

Well if that's what you all believe than let it all be.

^Why would someone continue to invest in a park they have no more financial stake in?

Hey, Hey what can I say? Somebody is going to get there A$$es kicked and I'm very glad that IT AIN'T GONNA BE ME!!!

But the downside to this legal battle is that no matter which party wins this case, we (the riders, the amusement park flyers, and those that live in Louisville that no longer have a home park anymore) are the losers; lawsuit cases such as these can tie up in courts for years to come. And by the time something is settled, the rides that have been sitting dormant may not work or need tons of $$$ to get them back into operation.

{NOTE: I know that money is green, not blue, but BLUE shows up better on these post than GREEN does.}

:pillow:"I'll be available as a seat cushion to whomever it is that do get their rear end kicked!"
