The land that held the old Hard Rock, and then the Freestyle Music Park, is for sale. The property is worth around 150 to 180 million Iraqi Dinars, but the owner' is selling it for a handful of magic beans

Well, they already have $80,000 as of this afternoon; only $9,920,000 and sixteen more days to go. This project just seems so fishy to me with not a lot of details given and the charity being offered 1/18th of what the land is actually worth to buy the property. The Big Dipper probably has a better chance of being saved than Abiding Village getting FSMP.
