To be honest, I wasn't that keen on the ride when I rode it last time, so it's no big loss for me. I can't help but wonder if there's a better system they can institute though? It is great that they keep it cycling, but it is bizarre that so many trains are dispatched with so many empty seats.

When I was there, two seats were blocked off on one of the trains, so they weren't queuing anyone for those two seats on any of the trains. It effectively reduced to 18 seats...so would having 2 trains for 16 seats be all that much of a loss for the week or so until that third train was fixed?

Here are a few pics I took on my recent visit to SFFT. Most are from the Cliff Top Tour.

^ it's a special deal that was offered for the Texas Thrill Seekers Group, Bill.

the Tours are not a "general public" offering :)

^ That's correct. Park President Jeffrey Siebert invited us on the Tour. It's not something that's available to the general public.

Dont get bummed you would just have to coordinate it with the TTS and travel accordingly. It's free to join their FB group.

Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster still looks like a french fry to me. Amazing ejector, though.

I am going here in January. The only days I can make it work to go are Saturday January 11th or Sunday January 12th. I am wondering if any of you Texas locals or others who are familiar with the park can give me any advice? Is this the first year Fiesta Texas is running year long? Do you think I will need a flash pass on either of these days? Any advice is welcome! This will be a first time for me at this park.
