  1. They took down the giant slide and moved Dante's Dungeon to make way for the new coaster. It will go from the pier with the Nor Easter on it, to the pier where the Golden Nugget used to be. I like Boardwalk Flyer. It pays homage to the old Hunt's Pier Flyer, maybe it's corny but I like it. Part of this coaster looks like it's going to go where the old Flyer stood. http://www.ultimaterollercoaster.com/coasters/history/1960_1970/img/hunts_pier.jpg
  2. Been on the Ghost Ship several times now. First time I wasn't impressed, I guess I was holding it up to Brigantine Castle standards..... we went again on a Tuesday afternoon to take advantage of the 20 dollar POP, went on it when it first opened at 4 PM and thought it was much better. That clousterphobic thing is cool.
  3. Great White Morey's Pier Not a big fan of this one. Are all CCI's this rough?
  4. The track was just sitting on 2X4's when it was at Hunts Pier http://www.angelfire.com/nj/wwbysea/HUNT/goldennugget.html
  5. If you look at this picture http://www.facebook.com/pages/5292010/228522644313?ref=search&sid=1636058659.477743998..1#!/photo.php?pid=5015644&id=228522644313 They appear to be framing out the hull of a ship, like the original artist's renderings.... but I'm not sure what to make of the rusty steel and rivets in the new logo. The original concept was more like a pirate ship
