I haven't noticed any designated rows at Busch Gardens Tampa. At SeaWorld, there is a Quick Queue only row. Typically they seem to move around between all the rows excluding the front and back rows. They will board you typically before the other rows. They have the single use option and an unlimited option now that is more money.

You basically walk up the exit of the attraction and a staff member will get you on a train pretty quickly. They have signs telling you where to go.

We can hope that they did make a big enough difference to be worth the investment. Not really sure when they would receive the new trains if they do.
