  1. A few of us are going camping in the Ozarks next weekend and I realized how ridiculous close I will be to Silver Dollar City. It's one of the few parks in the middle of the country I haven't hit and really want to. My question is how good is the park really? I'm pretty much a broke college student in Mississippi and don't have a lot of throwing around money. The season is fixing to be over and I need to get some rides in. Could you give me your overall take on the park, and is Silver Dollar better than Celebration City? I've only got the cash for one...and Silver Dollar is more $$$.
  2. simply the best way to do this is www.ourmedia.org. It gives you unlimited space for free, forever. Just make sure you follow the steps because if you have large files you need to register at another site as well. Its very simple and I've had no problems. I'm hosting like 10 videos now at around 40-50mb's a piece.
  3. thanks for the input. i'm just trying to get some of my stuff out there now.
  4. After searching and searching for a site that would host my videos I finally found one. Go to http://www.ourmedia.org/user/44406 Scroll down to the bottom to check out all the videos. They are available in full screen mode if you right-click then select full screen in the mini-media player. Check them out and let me know what you think (especially proud of the cedar point and road trip 2004 videos)
  5. Here is a short video of our trip to Orlando for Spring Break. Not much to the video really except for some onride shots of Test Track. Expect big things when the film hits the video contest; I've still got a few tricks up my sleeve. Link: http://s51.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=079AEBY1328R71JMGY3QIMFQ5I
  6. Ole Miss Baby! Go Rebs. Junior here studying to be a structual/civil engineer so I can ( you guessed it) get that great job designing and working for theme parks.
  7. I was wondering what program you guys use to compress the files? I find that my videos are getting bigger and bigger and I'm having a hard time e-mailing them (as I want to prepare for the upcoming video contest).
  8. As I start to filter through all my 2004 coaster video footage to create the year-end video I am at a loss for songs to throw into the mix of all these great shots. Does anyone have any good ideas for some great songs to make my 2004 video complete?
