The most scared I've ever been was on Screamweaver (enterprise) at Carowinds. It's the most I've ever blacked out, which doesn't happen often at all, and although I'm not claustrophobic I began to get worried about being trapped in the cage.

Good point. I've only been to 4 parks, and I was amazed how lucky I got on some of those. Low credit counters unite!

Laughable because there's no way anyone could possibly know at this point. Try to hide your bias a little bit more next time.

With the NASCAR Hall of Fame opening downtown in Charlotte this year, and now Intimidator premiering in the Spring, I forsee some booming business for the area. This will be a haven for NASCAR and coaster fans alike. The marketing was great, especially wtih the fake White Lightning campaign for us nerds expecting a bit of nostalgia. The layout looks like a step up from Diamondback and Behemoth in terms of originality, so I appreciate the extra effort in the element tweaks. The Stengel dive, hammerhead, and helix look pretty darn forceful, and without trims the hills should pack quite a punch! All the more reason for me to get a season pass next season!

This whole "Lightning Strikes Twy(i)ce" gig is making me think that the CW Hyper and KD giga will be sister coasters, possibly sharing the same name. Of course if that were the case I feel as if CF wouldn't have contracted two different manufacturers...

You just described the a large portion of the backstory of Thunder Road.

Colors look pretty SLCey, I would have prefered darker shades, but this is definitely an improvement...seeing the red from Stealth underneath the green was probably a big hint that a paint job was long overdue.

Looks to be another smart step forward for SFMM.
