  1. A new christmasy photo that I took the other day in London, it's a lil' abstract...but it's actually just some of the supports of the London Eye.
  2. I was playing RCT2 and I couldn't think of a unique name for a park...so I did what I always end up doing...button bashing, and I came up with Kaent then I liked that bit and the ae bit, so I added that to the end, so my park was called Kaentae Hill. Then I liked the name Kaentae....and since it's become my online alias - I use it for pretty much everything.
  3. I just imported Animal Crossing, there's not a chance in hell I was gonna wait until February, and like for just £2.00 extra I can get it 3 months early, sounds like a good trade off to me. Anyone in Europe that does want to import it early get it from http://www.cdwow.com it's £26.99 with free delivery and it comes real quick. But man I've had it for a day and I'm already addicted....much like I was when I imported the GC version, it's hellish good! My details are: Name: Kaentae Town: Pylia Code: 1589-7497-1361
  4. My home town is called Wokingham, it's a medium ish sized town, very typically english. The townhall is the main part of Wokingham, there's some small ish shops, but in the future hopefully we'll eventually get a shopping mall behind it....
  5. ^Is wrong, I have no AIM. < Had an interview and got a job at Thorpe Park yesterday! v Wouldn't mind working at their local park.
  6. Woo, how awesome! I just got a job at Thorpe Park, on the weekends, so if I can't go because I'm working, I'll at least be able to say Hi - that is if you go on a weekend, and I don't have any exams....
  7. I've thought the rita name sounds like a prosititute phone card you'd see in some payphone box, so here it is. The number is Alton Towers' The full size image It's a bit small for an avatar....
  8. Hmmm, seems like I'd like ABC if we had it here, they have the channel 4 line of shows. I'm looking forward to Lost, we're just getting season one next week. Wife Swap is always funny, a good english programme that the americans stole. Supernanny, that was okay, but it clashed with another of my favourite programmes and it didn't win. Extreme Makeover: Home edition, now that is one top show, I've been watching it every day this summer, it rocks! Desperate Housewives was an awesome show too, we have to wait till early next year for that though. And that's all the shows that I know. But yeah it's a pretty darn good line up.
  9. Colossus - Thorpe Park...I've ridden it many a time, but last time it was with Robb and (Non-German) Tom
  10. The only reason he didn't get very wet was 'cause he had a poncho, if we went on it without we would've been soaked....right through to the bone. Tidal Wave is just one of those rides....were despite the park saying you will get wet on all their water rides, they actually mean it on Tidal Wave. Detonator....Dominator is a good 3000+ miles west of Thorpe Park
  11. Thorpe will be packed. However the park does have alot of single rider queue's. But towards the end of the day, so it won't bother you, people start noticing them, and they get longer. It really does suck that they got rid of the fast track for that crappy other system. It also disrupts the single rider queue's, and causes havoc on Nemesis inferno, with people not knowing where to go. I might pop in to say or or something. If you're lucky Stealth's track will be there by then, however I doubt it...
  12. Here's a few of my favourite pics: I have more...but I can't find the CD at the moment....
  13. Lmao....if only. We get the boring theme, a racing track thingy. Although in this case it already fits in with the surrounding theme of the area. It's being placed in Amity Cove, amity cove is themed to 1950's New England, and it's some of the best themeing in the park. It's themed to make it look like a tidal wave has hit it. It's pretty good. So yeah it kind of fits.... The layoutis very dull and boring...everyone was hoping for an extended layout, as Thorpe's been after a rocket for years, but nothing surfaced....so we're suck with that, however it's still the UK's fastest coaster, so thats gonna be good. The launch is a particulary slow one, 0 -80mph in 4 seconds, however this is beneficial to the ride, as this slower launch will give that pulling feeling for longer, and it'll rock. Stealth will add to the Thorpe landscape hugely, it's going to be twice as tall as anything else in the park. Plus there's a space in the landscape for the tophat. Despite it's rather unoriginal layout I'm really looking forward to Stealth and the extension of amity cove, althugh recently the grandstand was scaped, so that sucks. But all in all it's good things for Thorpe, but what we're really waiting for is the rumours for the 2008 coaster mention on the Long-term development plan to surface.
  14. This "inncident" most likely wasn't even ride related. The girl probably hurt herself some how and is just blaiming it upon the ride as part of the compensation culture. This won't change anything to do with the ride what so ever, so to me that is a good enough evidence that it was not the rides fault, but that of the rider....if it even was on Rita, which I highly doubt.
  15. "And this would be the face an old man makes when attacked by a gang of youth's*." *I could be being a lil' generous there...so I'll just add "in comparison to Mr. Six"
