Quassy is a quaint little park in Connecticut, that when you first look at it, doesn't seem to have all that much to offer. Then you see this new wooden coaster in the park, and you think at this size it's going to be an OK ride. The ride is awesome. For a small coaster it packs a lot of punch to it. Other notable rides were the Yo-Yo, and Free-falling the drop tower. It's on a lake so it it's got a nice little charm to it. There's also a small water park section, which houses some slides and a little pool. This park is great for families who do not want to spend lots of money or time in big parks. This would be a great first park for some young kids.

Nice little park. It has a great amount of flat rides and a really cool arcade. The brand new wooden warrior had several fantastic airtime hills, especially in the back seat. The one con of the park is that the food is just okay, but is a total rip off. Chicken fingers and fries are 15 dollars. I would bring your own food, but the park it self is a very cheap and fun family park.

Big fun is packed into a small park. Wooden Warrior has put this park on the map. It may look small, but it has a few pops of air, slightly intense, and extremely comfortable trains.
The park food is good, they have one of the best Yo-Yo's I've ever been on, and best of all, a twisty slide!

Let's face it, this isn't really a park you'd travel half way across the country specifically for. However, there is a very welcoming atmosphere and just enough attractions to make your visit last an entire afternoon. The Wooden Warrior alone is a reason enough to pay a visit. If you're looking for hardcore thrill rides, tough luck, you're not going to find it here. If you're looking for friendly staff, traditional rides, a beautiful setting, a clean lake to swim in, a footprint you cannot get lost in, an impressive arcade, and surprisingly good food; Quassy's got you covered!

It's a nice little park - you can tell that it's been around for a while, but that is not meant in a disparaging way. Wooden Warrior was quite the surprise! Don't let the size or classification make you think any less of this ride - it has some very surprising elements. My biggest complaint is that I was only able to 'find' one main bathroom. I don't know if there are more, but with most theme parks, it's never difficult to find a bathroom. On another note, the staff was friendly, the grounds were clean, the soft serve ice cream was quite delicious, and Captain Bill, on the ferry boat ride, almost rivaled Brian the bus driver in terms of awesomeness.

This park is the smallest I've ever been to, and didn't seem to have too much to offer. Wooden Warrior is a great ride, and makes a trip worth it, but there really wasn't anything else I felt inclined to spend money to ride. The setting on the lake is nice, but the park felt a bit dreary overall. I think if I were a local I'd appreciate having the park, but it's not worth more than a quick stop for a traveler, especially with Lake Compounce so nearby.

Quassy Amusement Park is a tiny park, but it is actually a much better park than it might look. The employees are excellent, the park has enough rides to keep most entertained for a few hours, and the setting on the lake is quite pretty. However, if for no other reason, this park is worth checking out for Wooden Warrior. Although it is small, I doubt it is possible to find another ride this good under 50 ft. tall anywhere, or at least in the United States.

Quassy is, significantly, the smallest amusement park I've ever been to. There's not much to ride, but there's a genuine family (and, on the part of the ride ops, self-depreciating) feel to the park. For a quick stop on a tour, Quassy will do quite nicely.
